The apartment

A 1-bedroom duplex on the 3rd floor of the Skol A block — just refurbished in a boho chic style, opening fresh for summer 2026. Two single beds in the bedroom that push together to make a super-king, and a double sofa bed in the lounge for the kids or an extra guest. One bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Open-plan kitchen with coffee machine, oven, microwave and fridge. Air conditioning and heating, super-fast fibre WiFi. Large east-facing terrace — morning sun, marina, beach and park views, perfect for slow breakfasts before the day starts or a quiet evening once the sun has moved round.

Three pools set in the tropical gardens — a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day.

Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 — the heart of central Marbella, right on the Paseo Marítimo promenade.

Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk. Family-run tapas bars, chiringuitos and supermarkets all at your doorstep. No car needed.
