The apartment

A bright, contemporary 1-bedroom on the 1st floor of the Skol building — east-facing, so the terrace catches the morning sun. Double + single bed in the bedroom, plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. Bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Open-plan kitchen with coffee machine, oven, microwave and fridge. Air conditioning and heating. Smart TV and super-fast fibre WiFi — office-with-a-view is our mantra.

Three pools set in the tropical gardens — a shallow kids' pool (40cm), a 140cm pool for playing, and a 2m pool for proper swimming. Sun loungers €3 per day.

The location

Avenida Arias Maldonado 16 — the heart of central Marbella, right on the Paseo Marítimo promenade.

Step out and you're on Fontanilla beach. Marbella Old Town is a 10-minute walk. Family-run tapas bars, chiringuitos on the sand, supermarkets and boutiques all at your doorstep. No car needed.
